Kamu punya kendali penuh atas datamu di Study Chinese. Halaman ini menjelaskan cara meminta penghapusan akun beserta semua data terkait, termasuk untuk akun yang dibuat lewat Facebook, Google, atau Apple.

1.Cara meminta penghapusan

Lewat aplikasi (paling cepat)

Buka Pengaturan → Akun → Hapus Akun di aplikasi Study Chinese, lalu konfirmasi. Akun dan datamu langsung dijadwalkan untuk dihapus.

Kirim email ke hello@studychinese.id dari alamat email yang terdaftar di akunmu, dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Data". Kami akan memverifikasi dan memproses permintaanmu.

2.Apa yang dihapus

  • Profil akunmu: email, nama tampilan, username, dan foto profil.
  • Semua data belajar: XP, streak, trofi, progres kata, dan riwayat latihan.
  • Koneksi login sosial (Facebook, Google, Apple) ke akunmu.
  • Tugas dan progres Jade Class yang terkait dengan akunmu.

3.Berapa lama prosesnya

Kami menghapus datamu paling lambat dalam 30 hari sejak permintaan diverifikasi. Sebagian salinan cadangan teknis bisa bertahan sebentar sebelum ikut terhapus dari sistem. Kami dapat menyimpan informasi terbatas jika diwajibkan oleh hukum.

4.Pengguna login Facebook

Kalau kamu masuk dengan Facebook, kamu bisa mencabut akses aplikasi kapan saja melalui Setelan Facebook → Aplikasi dan Situs Web. Untuk menghapus data yang sudah kami simpan, gunakan salah satu cara di bagian 1 di atas.

You have full control over your data on Study Chinese. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all related data, including for accounts created with Facebook, Google, or Apple.

1.How to request deletion

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Study Chinese app and confirm. Your account and data are immediately scheduled for deletion.

By email

Email hello@studychinese.id from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify and process your request.

2.What gets deleted

  • Your account profile: email, display name, username, and profile picture.
  • All learning data: XP, streaks, trophies, word progress, and practice history.
  • Social login connections (Facebook, Google, Apple) to your account.
  • Jade Class homework and progress tied to your account.

3.How long it takes

We delete your data within 30 days of a verified request. Some technical backup copies may persist briefly before they are also purged. We may retain limited information where required by law.

4.Facebook login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can revoke the app's access at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. To delete the data we have already stored, use one of the methods in section 1 above.
